What is a service credit?

Service credits are how Recruitroo allocates managed service capacity across hires, visa submissions and renewals. They help estimate annual volume and plan the right level of support.

Can I mix and match services?

Yes. Service credits can be used for a combination of hires, visa & immigration submissions and renewals so your annual plan reflects the support you expect to use.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes, service credits are allocated annually and can roll over into the following year. T&Cs apply.

What happens if I need more credits?

Additional service credits are charged at your tier's discounted rate. Growth tier pays €22.50/credit (10% off the €25 base), Scale pays €20/credit (20% off), Enterprise pays €17.50/credit (30% off) for any additional credits.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference and adjust your service credit allocation immediately.
