Every Recruitroo profile is structured for clarity, yet rich in detail, giving hiring teams the confidence to move faster:
- Auto-Generated from CV + Enriched Data: CVs are parsed and turned into structured profiles with work history, education, and skills clearly mapped.
- Video Biography: Candidates record a short self-introduction video, giving you immediate insight into language skills, personality, and communication style.
- Skill Demonstration Uploads: Optional video or image uploads let candidates showcase trade skills, e.g. welding, plumbing, mechanical assembly, hospitality procedures, etc.
- Assessment Results: Quiz scores, AI rankings, and recorded answer excerpts from the pre-screening process are embedded within the profile.
- Verified Documents: Profiles include passport, certifications, references, and compliance items as required for relocation and immigration.

Virtual Interviews
Most interviews take place within a 1-2 week window. We coordinate schedules, ensuring a smooth process for both you and the candidates.
Stage 3: Visas
Offer & Contract Management
Once you select your ideal candidate, we formalise the offer and issue contracts via the Recruitroo platform, collecting all necessary signatures and documentation.
Visa Processing
We manage the entire visa application process, ensuring all documentation is submitted correctly to Irish authorities. Once the permit is secured, we assist with visa applications if required.
Stage 4: Relocation & Aftercare
Relocation Coordination
