Stage 1: Getting Started

Job Order & Role Details

You kick off the process by uploading your job description and outlining the role requirements. The more detail you provide at this stage, the better we can target the right candidates.

Contract & Initial Payment

We’ll issue your contract and first invoice. Once payment is received, we begin the search process immediately.

Advertising & Compliance

To meet Irish/UK labour market requirements, we advertise your role on national job boards. This is a legal requirement that must be fulfilled before submitting employment permits.

Days 14 - 45

Stage 2: Candidate Search & Selection

Candidate Search & Shortlisting

Our team actively searches for qualified candidates based on your criteria, reviewing CVs and pre-screening applicants to ensure they meet your needs.

Candidate Review & Feedback

We present you with a shortlist of potential candidates for review. You can assess profiles, request more information, and invite your preferred candidates to interview or get them to complete a pre-recorded technical assessment.

Virtual Interviews

Most interviews take place within a 1-2 week window. We coordinate schedules, ensuring a smooth process for both you and the candidates.

Months 2 - 4

Stage 3: Visas

Offer & Contract Management

Once you select your ideal candidate, we formalise the offer and issue contracts via the Recruitroo platform, collecting all necessary signatures and documentation.

Visa Processing

We manage the entire visa application process, ensuring all documentation is submitted correctly to Irish authorities. Once the permit is secured, we assist with visa applications if required.

Months 4 - 6

Stage 4: Relocation & Aftercare

Relocation Coordination
