How It Works

You choose or create a set of questions relevant to the role: technical (e.g. “Explain how you’d wire a control panel”) or behavioral (e.g. “Describe a time you solved a complex problem”). Question types include video, multiple choice, or short answer.
Invited candidates receive a link to the assessment via email or WhatsApp. They can complete it on mobile or desktop at their convenience.
Candidates respond via recorded video (or text where applicable). Responses are automatically uploaded, time-stamped, and stored in their profile.

Virtual Interviews

Stage 3: Visas
Offer & Contract Management
Once you select your ideal candidate, we formalise the offer and issue contracts via the Recruitroo platform, collecting all necessary signatures and documentation.
Visa Processing
We manage the entire visa application process, ensuring all documentation is submitted correctly to Irish authorities. Once the permit is secured, we assist with visa applications if required.
